• Experience using classified and secure databases such as the Defense Technical Information Center (DTIC), West Desert Technical Information Center (WDTIC), Army Knowledge Online (AKO) and academic and open-source information systems• Responsible for managing several information retrieval and research efforts on CBW weapons delivery systems, CBW agent characteristics, and historical methods for production of CBW agents from former U.S. offensive program data• For each of these efforts I developed the research methodololgy, planned the collection management strategy, and analyzed and reported the findings• I also facilitated the contractor and civilian staff at Dugway as a Biologist by preparing biological assays and scientific equipment such as Hand-held Assays (HHAs), field-based PCR equipment, bio-reactors and fermentation equipment• Assisted project mangers and scientists in the execution of training and testing programs for the Intelligence community and DoD focused on sensitive site exploitation and signature recognition of CBW target sets• For each of these events I played a lead role in procurement planning for test materials and supplies, identifying potential vendors, establishing price-points to help reduce costs and increase efficiency, and tracking inventory from the time of purchase to receipt• I was also responsible for the integration of new inventory and maintenance of existing test infrastructre and equipment.
