- Head of the region leading the team in the management of more than 20 partnerships within Europe, Russia, CIS, Israel, Turkey and North America.- Sustainable growth in the region in Net Sales and EBITDA through long term partnerships, new BD activities (OutLicense, divestments, transfer of business) and alliance management- P&L accountability in sales, EBITDA and inorganic growth objectives- Commitment in short term objectives achieving yearly targets and long term growth (5YFCST planning)- Identifying new sources of business through innovative business models- Periodically business reviews with clients and attendance in major pharma conferences

- Expand company’s footprint in China, APAC and North America through new agreements ( distribution, licensing, divestments) with local or international companies for API, bulk and finish product- Alliance management follow up current portfolio, life cycle management and risk mitigation plan- Accountability of the business from scouting of companies to deal negotiation, execution and alliance- Annual commercial budget, five year forecast plan

- Leading monthly demand reviews discussing clients performance with the area manager- Clients orders managements. Order to Cash- Sell in/out analysis for a range of products adjusting demand in the short and long term- Alignment among internal and external stakeholders fulfillling clients order while avoiding supply disruptions

- Weekly and mid-term production planning - Stock management intermediate and finish goods
