Senior Infrastructure Analyst
CurrentSUMMARY OF DUTIES: the Senior Infrastructure Analyst (SIA) interfaces and interacts with stakeholders to analyze, interpret and understand complex systems and their requirements. The SIA, in collaboration with the Infrastructure Architect, designs enterprise solutions based on accepted architectural standards. The SIA leads the execution of the core IT service management processes. The SIA provides leadership and mentoring to the Network Administrators and Network Specialists. The SIA has a deep knowledge of all Mint IT systems and their interdependencies and is a key member of all system-related projects. The SIA is both an operational and forward looking strategic role and must have current knowledge of state-of-the-art information technologies as well as evolving technologies while keeping informed of interrelated disciplines.
