Successfully designed, developed and released the creation of a node.js application alleviating issues with the creation and maintenance of demo accounts for our micro applications. This resulted in speeding up the creation of accounts by over 70%.Successfully developed and rolled out an ETL pipeline utilizing serverless technologies written in python to allow for easier capturing and reporting of user analytics. As tech lead accomplished a full redesign and refactoring of our legacy Ruby e-commerce application to meet design specifications.

Working as a Senior Customer Success Engineer, I managed and designed custom implementations of Duo's products to allow for successful go-lives in complex scenarios. Working as the main point of contact, I managed and developed the workflows and architectures to allow for the customer to be able to roll out MFA to enterprise organizations with ease.

As the founding member of a new team in the Services and Success department, I designed and built custom web applications, solutions, and workflows to ensure our enterprise customers maximized their use of Zendesk. I advised and guided customers to map their business needs to Zendesk, ensuring they optimized and scaled effortlessly through various programs focused on driving technical value to meet business objectives.

Provided timely responses to employees calls and emails regarding hardware or software issues. Documented employee issues and managed documented issues through Remedy ticketing system. Would prioritize tasks which were time­sensitive to customer’s schedules to better maintain efficient workflow. Supported a variety of application including but not limited to: Microsoft Lync, Outlook, Office, ArcGis, SAP, Unix servers, Good Mobile, Identity guard. Worked closely with team members to gain technical insight and receive training on software or devices that I was not familiar with. All the while providing top notch customer service.
