In the first two years as a member of the support team, I garnered an exceptional reputation as providing a rising standard of customer satisfaction with having the highest customer satisfaction surveys scores within our team and helped to develop closer relationships with members of NHS trusts that use our Isosec Authentication software.My responsibilities included: - Providing 1st and 2nd Line level support to customers on software, hardware, API and networking issues, ensuring instant and long-lasting solutions - Contributing to project implementations, monitoring for possible incidents and providing specialist advice to internal teams as well as involved stakeholders - Regularly working with sensitive information, e.g. PID (Personal Identifiable Data) and CPI (Confidential Patient Information), ensuring I have a clear understanding of the regulations surrounding use of such data, e.g. Information Governance, GDPR & Data Protection Act - Managing high priority escalations such as HSSIs as necessary, communicating with senior management and internal teams, as well as stakeholders such as NHS Digital
