This job role includes:-Cash HandlingBanking Posting parcels Store Managment Stock Takeing and Puting Away Coustomer Relations Parcel Force Paying Bills ie. Councle Tax and Car TaxThis is by far one of the most enjoyable jobs I have done it is a role where I need to keep track of a post office attched to a small shop so I need to make use of all the time I can between serving coustomers and stocking shelfs.The post office main duties are banking so cash withdrawls, posting parcels, payment towards bills and post collection. I find myself handling large amounts of cash thousands at a time of rare occasions. Its a role that demands lots of attention to detail because if something can go wrong it just might so I need to take care with my work making sure not to rush due to you make to make sure when handling people cash its done in the right way.

This was a simple roll what my job included was:shelf stocking, store mantinance, coustomer relations, cash handle and pay pointI was mainly behind the till serving coustomers and when I had the time I had to make use of what time I had to keep the shelfs stocked and clean if needed .

I am registered as a call back Agent. The main part of my role is to provide grate customer service wile processing orders using the company’s order processing software.In this role I deal with customers on a daily basis so I need to adapt to who is calling to allow for a smooth experience wile I have the customer on the phone to make sure both of us are able to come away from the call happy.In this role I have learnt to be calm and I have gained good customer service skills allowing me to adapt to the people I talk to in my role as a call back agent.

In this role I have I managed the company’s paper work and Database. I handle all work that relates to Quotes, Job Sheets and Invoices.This job involves time management skills, technical knowledge and customer relations. Time Management due to I need to keep up with the creation of job sheets and any quotes needed due to most of the work needs to be done the same day there is not it can wait till the next day to be done. Technical knowledge comes into play when talking to customers about their issues and in the creation of quotes due to I need to know what the item is so I can put down its full description. Customer relations comes into play when taking a call for the company this is when people ring up to talk about their phone issues or if they wish to request a quotation.The company is a telephone installation company that holds maintenance contracts. And works with many contractors such as T Clarke and ECS they specialise in Panasonic installs and fibre optic cabling.
