Responsible for driving a continuous improvement culture throughout the Supply Chain Solutions organization to support operational excellence, revenue growth, reduced costs and other strategic initiatives. Worked with Ryder's Operational Leaders to develop improvement strategies & projects through the use of Lean Six Sigma tools & processes.

Lead the Prewired Product Line including buying/planning, manufacturing, application engineering and project management.

Worked for Danaher Tool Group in Springfield, Mass as a Sub-Plant Manager. Transferred to Jacobs Vehicle Systems (Jakebrake) in June 2001 as the Danaher Business System Manager. Also worked as an Operations Manager for our Aftermarket Business.
