He is a Director of a niche management consulting company (EDA Pty Ltd) and over the past 18 years has undertaken a large number of significant and complex reviews locally and nationally, predominantly within the health sector.   Eric possesses over 20 years’ experience within the South Australian Public Service primarily with the SA Department of Health and the Department of Justice. He has held a number of key executive and senior management positions across the health and disability services areas. The focus of his experience and expertsie is largely based upon the following key areas: financial management, organisational redesign, business process re-engineering, governance and procurement and contracting.
