As the Technology Systems Supervisor at Glendale Elementary School District, I manage the district's network and IT infrastructure, ensuring reliable, efficient, and secure technology solutions for the district's educational and administrative needs. I have over 10 years of experience in IT management, with a bachelor's degree in Technology Management and multiple certifications, including CompTIA Security+ and ISC2 Certificate in Cybersecurity.I lead and mentor a team of 9 helpdesk and school technicians who provide technology support to students, teachers, and support staff. I am passionate about leveraging my skills and knowledge to enhance the district's IT capabilities, protect its data and systems, and support its mission of providing quality education for all students using technology. I am always looking for new ways to improve our network performance, security, and efficiency, and to collaborate with other stakeholders and partners in the district and beyond.I also served 6 and half years in the Army Reserves which helped me gain important leadership and mentoring skills that helped guide and lead others within the civilian workforce.
