Worked with the drivers to ensure they could legally and efficiently complete their runs as needed. I was overseeing the equipment maintenance and ensuring it was done when needed. Helped prepare quotes and obtain customers to keep the drivers busy. Worked hand in hand with customers and drivers to ensure all the customer's needs for their orders were met.
