As the founder of Circle Dev, I help businesses develop and implement their sustainability strategies, using among others my expertise and certifications in Sustainability Strategy (Vlerick), B Corp, awareness and alignment workshops (climate fresk...) and GRI reporting. I am aware that a company is in business to create value for its shareholders and my approach to sustainability takes this into account- a DE-RISKED approach: I use an AGILE methodology to make sure we do not start a long expensive process. We progress step by step and adjust the approach constantly in order to fit with other priorities and adapt to a changing world- an EDUCATIVE approach rather than the traditional consulting. My goal is to make my customers autonomous as quickly as possible, so that I can start making impact elsewhere, while traditional consulting approach tends to make you dependent of the consultant I have over 20 years of experience in retail management, strategy implementation, and business improvement, having worked for ExxonMobil in various roles and regions (before my voluntary departure mid 2021). I have led and managed teams, projects, and partnerships across different sectors and markets, and have driven innovation and impact in my field of expertise. I have a commercial engineer degree from Solvay Business School (Université libre de Bruxelles), and have completed advanced leadership programs from Thunderbird School of Global Management and INSEAD. I also have skills in project planning, business development, and agile mindset, as well as soft skills such as leadership, communication, and collaboration.I am passionate about sustainability and social responsibility, and I have a vision to create positive change for the environment and society. I believe that businesses have a key role to play in achieving the UN Sustainable Development Goals, and that by working together, we can make the earth a better place. That is why I founded Circle Dev, to support and empower businesses to become more sustainable and impactful.
