Responsible for the primary supervision and management of all contract officers on designated shifts and/or posts including but not limited to ensuring accuracy of company records of performance, including records of time worked: detecting disciplinary infractions; discipline and executing job performance evaluations. Supervising the arming/disarming of contract officers and enforcing USAF established weapons clearing and handling procedures.
