• Primary responsibilities are to generate positive media coverage and enhanced brand recognition for Hagerty Insurance, the world's leading provider of classic car insurance. Networking with journalists, developing.
• Create and research PR campaign concepts that generate media coverage and exceed PR goals. PR campaigns I have personally developed in the past 12 months have been featured in major U.S. and U.K. media outlets.
• Develop strategy behind each PR campaign and manage until successful completion including: defining and obtaining resources, overseeing project deliverables and finalizing these deliverables.
• Write weekly PR reports for use by corporate management who analyze media hits and promote current PR projects.
• Write press releases primarily for print and online media outlets.
• Pitch journalists, coordinate and prepare company representatives, including CEO McKeel Hagerty for interviews.
