Currently I'm working as a Senior Android Developer for Candyspace with which I work for 2 clients: ITV and Global Radio. At ITV I'm delivering continuous updates to their TV streaming app, and at Global I'm helping them deliver the next major update to their Android Auto app.I learned Android Development as my entry into coding when I was 15 whilst I was in school. During this time, I built my first app which won in the Essex Digital Awards, and I started an Android Development blog whilst I finished high school. By this time I was confident enough in my abilities to get my first role as an Android Developer at 19.Since then, I've worked at 3 companies and developed apps in the fields of E-commerce, messaging, and streaming. Thanks to my early start, I became a Senior Android Developer at the age of 22 where I've lead a smaller team of Android devs within our squad.Outside of work, I'm a content creator mainly on TikTok where I run a channel of 50k followers, in which I post programming memes. I also have a YouTube channel where I try to post more educational programming-related videos, although that hasn't quite kicked off yet, but big dreams don't happen easily!
