Chesapeake District Operations Manager
CurrentThe District Package Operations Manager is responsible for executing the strategic operational plan for the district. I provide oversight to staff-level operations management to review daily operations performance, provide direction on strategic initiatives, train and develop Package Division Managers, build partnerships within the community, and promote a safe work environment. This position supports the day to day running of district operations and drives safety, service, and cost results. The purpose of this position is to allow the District Manager more opportunity to build customer relationships and grow volume. Package Division Managers report to this position.
