From the first robots I built as a teenager, often taking apart my parents’ electronic devices, to the latest battery management disruptive innovations that I led my group to develop, I have always been passionate about technology!Back in the early days of cellular phones, I was fortunate to be part of “the” team who designed the first GSM chipset. It was all the more exciting that we soon introduced the first single-chip solution recognized as “Most Innovative Baseband and/or Applications Processor” by the Semiconductor Insight award. I led our global business team to increase revenue beyond $600M in a few years, engaging most cellphone companies around the world.I have been immersed in multicultural environments from my childhood, and for having worked in Europe, in Asia, and in the USA, aside from learning 5 languages, I became a strong advocate of leveraging diversity benefits, by creating the right work culture and values.In the fascinating battery management universe, I re-structured and led the indisputably worldwide best semiconductor division in that field . My group won the significant majority of all traditional markets such as smartphones, notebooks and tablets, and created new diversified growth in a diverse set of applications such as automotive, industrial, drones, robotics, wearable, servers and telecom.After recently turning back to profitably Egide SA and initiating new dynamics with innovative hermetic electronic packaging technologies, I am now leading Analog Way group to strengthen its leadership position in the video processing industry.I enjoy exchanging ideas with creative minds about new technologies towards a better world.
