Formation de 37 jeunes (hommes et femmes) au métier de maçon polyvalent - Maçon, Peintre, plombier et la fabrication des briques de terre stabilisées.2 mois de formation alternant la théorie et la pratique - rénovation d'une école sur la commune de Sonfonia, travail sur le savoir être en entreprise (ponctualité, assiduité, comportement en entreprise, politesse...) Mise en emploi des apprenants : après 3 mois de mise en activité 95% des jeunes sont en entreprise (3 abandons suite à la reprise d'étude ou changement d'orientation professionnelle et une personne en situation de famille).Dans le cadre de ce projet outre la partie mise en œuvre, j'ai la charge du suivi et évaluation, comprenant le suivi budgétaire, la rédaction des rapports d'activité en fonctions des indicateurs de performance et du suivi des apprenants.
