1. Responsible for customer complaint.2. New project quality assurance (loudspeaker)

1 Take charge of design quality department (DQA), work out plans for new project quality development. Responsible for the verification and validation of all the MIC and head-sets new projects. 2 Establish APQP procedure with PM. 3 Take a prject for example to illustrate DQA's responsibility. The project is developing a MIC bar for Microsoft, which is one of parts of X-BOX-360 kinect.Responsible for quality control of MIC bar project in design stage and mass production. A, Participate in and review the design in phases of the product development process (EV,PV DV). Formulate potential failure guide for new model design input and track improvement actions implement.B, Responsible for making reliability test standard and acoustic test plan to ensure all the performances meet the customer's requirement. C, Responsible for audits by Microsoft,participate in drawing up standards and document,such as SPEC,BOM,flow chart,MCP,DFMEA,PFMEA,SIP,MSA,CPK,ORT plan etc. D, Responsible for customer complaint and RMA root cause analysis in MP, communicate with Microsoft SQE and work out 8D or 5C report.

Participate in digital microphone (customer:NOKIA )project.Familiar with APQP.Mainly be responsible for: A, Work out a plan for the development of the product quality. B, Define the CTQ of the product and set up the control point in the process. C, Draw up the standards of reliability tests.such as drop test,ESD,temperature shock etc. D, Complete process capability study and MSA analysis E, Conduct DOE experiment to optimize the process parameters; F, Make the root cause of failures in the process and take CAPA. G, Documenting :such as PFMEA,control plan,FAI/CPK of the product and so on. H, Perform standard inspection procedure(SIP) of the spare parts.
