Perform varied law enforcement duties including investigation of crime, Protection of life and property, enforces laws and ordinances and maintains order. Executes all tasks associated with first responder police services, general patrol duties, and collision investigation. Responds to major crime scene investigations for any death of a violent or suspicious nature, murder, suicide, accident, drug overdose, sexual assaults, and armed robberies. Blaine County Oklahoma District Attorney’s Office, Watonga OKResponsible for the case management of over 250 individuals on Supervised Probation through the District Attorney’s Office of Blaine County Oklahoma. Ensure all probationers are complying with all court ordered obligations in the designated timeframe. Process and submit subpoenas to witnesses for every court docket. Track recidivism rates of current and past probationers through OLETS/NLETS and other databases utilized by our office. Assist victims of crimes file for victim’s compensation and assist the victim throughout the entire court process. Assist the Assistant District Attorney in pre-trial witness interviews and jury selection. Manage the Bogus Check Restitution Program for Blaine County Oklahoma that allows merchants to receive restitution for lost payment from bogus checks by coordinating payment from the offender to the victim.
