-Maintain relationships with international and domestic distributors and dealers.- Updating dealer and distributors with latest product images, items list, and pricing.- In-put all incoming sales orders.- Invoice all out going orders.- Process payments.- Over see the logistics of dealers and distributors - Issue credits or RA #’s for any warranty or return issues- Dealing with all Customer Service Issues.- Marketing, promotional and sales development.- Design, create and coordinate special events, demonstrations, involvement in trade shows and marketing.- Product development, design and testing.- Participated in trade shows, promotional events and other events in order to increase company sales and provide assistance in expanding the brand.- Marketing and promotion involvement with trade shows, special events, clinics and demonstrations.

- Supervise department proceedings and sales personnel.- Visual merchandising of new and existing product.- Providing an atmosphere that promotes teamwork and customer involvement in the product and current seasons.- Product testing and demonstration.- Provided input on product purchases specific to each store and location.- Loss Prevention and Employee Safety; Provided Training Programs specific to each employee’s needs as well as the department needs.- Involvement with budget including but not limited to daily, weekly, monthly and yearly sales goals, weekly budgeting of hours for payroll, visual merchandising expenses, incoming and outgoing of consolidations and product.- Human Resources involvement including but not limited to, hiring and termination of employees, conducting bi-annual performance evaluations, payroll, time and attendance, and employee development.- Responsible for customer relations and services needed.- Provide assistance to the Store Manager as needed; open and or close the store for business, assist other department managers with their departments and or duty assignments.- Other duties as assigned.
