In the past if a member of the academic team wanted to find information for a student, they would need to run and utilize several different reports run across different domains. With the Database creation led by Eric, a member of the academic team has the ability to find everything that they are looking for accurately and quickly. Eric is also very encouraging of the growth and development of member of the academic team. He will regularly share software he has identified that could help one do their job more effectively and is always willing to give advice stemming from firsthand accounts from his own successful career. Not only does Eric promote professional develop opportunities, he also recognizes that importance of having a work/life balance. He readily will promote members of the academic team taking time off in order to take care of personal matters or even a day to help mental health.
