• Led a team of SMEs that provided expert guidance on corporate-wide emergency management policy and procedure development. Conducted Emergency Management plan development, and development of a corporate-wide Emergency Management training program.• Developed or updated corporate Emergency Operations Plan for all hazards. Additionally, meet with external stakeholders to ensure alignment with LUMA’s operations and the stakeholders Emergency Operations Plans. • Served as IEM’s Incident Commander for all On-Island Emergency Response Efforts.• Developed and delivered Emergency Management-related trainings and provided virtual and in-person facilitation.• Drove continuous improvement efforts by LUMA by auditing current readiness and strategic planning.
