Working with external clients to integrate their customers' information onto a cloud based SaaS Digital Wealth Platform. Building solutions to enhance the Digital Wealth Platform such as integrating data from custodial APIs to provide customers with a near real time Investor experience.

Have held several roles over my career with Allstate. I started by supporting the front office team using Charles River.I next helped integrate Eagle Pace with our legacy Oracle Data Warehouse platform.I worked on the Data Warehouse support team for several years as an analyst finding ways to gain efficiency and cutting down on manual data intervention.Recently I've been involved as an analyst in efforts to help transform my department into a data driven organization.

Trained for 6 months in Mysore, India at Infosys' Global Education Center. The training consisted of software basics and algorithms followed with a foundation course in Java and J2EE technologies.Worked as an application support specialist for a large client. My portfolio of applications fell under the Trusts, CDO, and commercial banking categories. Most of the applications were .Net based with a MS SQL database. I also supported a J2EE application, and an application on an HP3000 system. I also was involved with some minor development involving logo changes, script updates, and implementing 3rd party software updates following proper change management procedures. I interacted with clients by phone, instant message, and in person to diagnose and correct production problems.

Started as a student cook and worked my way up to the position of Student Supervisor IV. As a cook I followed the directions of a full time cook in helping to prepare and serve meals.Student Supervisor III had me leading the student employees for the duration of a meal seeing to it that each worker was properly trained for their service areas. I would oversee and make sure all workers were doing their work, that work areas were clean, and that food was fresh and proper. Student Supervisor IV saw me involved in all aspects of working with student employees and full time management. I helped hire, schedule, and train all student workers. I trained other student supervisors. I helped recommend employees for promotion or discipline. I kept track of attendance records and made sure all meals were properly staffed. I even contributed on the floor where necessary. I was the liaison between student employees and full time management for any concerns.
