The medical practice serves the continued medical maintenance of those afflicted with substance addiction by offering specific medicines to maintain sobriety and healing.

I work as the head chef in charge of researching/planning & preparation of meals for our patients continuing their journey for their personal rehabilitation. Along with outpatient duties, I research & plan and preparation of inpatient meals specializing in medical or lifestyle diets such as Celiac disease, vegan, diabetes, and other conditions. I meet with each patient per their requests for specific dietary needs.I seek and accept culinary challenges for personal growth and the positive effect on those I work for and dedicated to better my performance and those around me.

I was a sous chef at this company and left to pursue other job opportunities. I have since return at lesser position for ease of my academic schedule but not less effective or a resource to company currently employed.

The responsibilities were normal kitchen operations such as schedule composing, hiring & training of new & current employees, ordering of raw product, menu development & execution, specials planning, banquet prep & production, feedback from customers.
