- Review design requirements and determine best design option of the project. - Participate in team meetings to coordinate design options and ideas. - Uses AutoCAD, sketch up & 3dmax to draft efficiently the design drawings in 2d and 3d Models. - Modify and update designs base on review and comments from management. - Ensure to follow best practices and company standards. - Evaluate site conditions and constraints for construction projects. - Maintain all the documents related to architectural designs and construction conditions. - Provide status updates to management on regular basis. - Manage and execute design assignment in a timely manner. - Prepare preliminary drawings, sketches, shop drawings and construction drawings. - Prepare material submittals, and physical samples base on the specifications provided

- Preliminary designs such as sketches, initial presentation drawings through the aid of sketchup to present to the client.- Prepare Architectural Drawings, Structural and Utilities drawings Specifications and Bill of quantity to acquire building permit.- Site supervision, Planning and Construction management

- Preparation of Schematic plan, sketches /Conceptual Designs.- Preparation of Presentation Drawings such as perspective, rendered plan and elevations through the aid of Photoshop. - Preparation of complete sets of Architectural drawings, Electrical drawings, Structural drawings Sanitary.
