CurrentMajor Duites and Responsibilities:* Develops and improves processes through workflows and procedures by analyzing operating practices, record keeping systems forms control, and takes the initiate to implement changes when necessary.* Enforces customer satisfaction by fulfilling customer needs, researches and resolves issues to ensure customer retention, and performs these functions with diplomacy and professionalism.* Resolves customer and product complaints by following company procedures.* Coordinates the logistics for managing customer orders and shipment of product.* Responsibilities include coverage of inbound and outbound calls requiring inquiries, order placement, product returns, account set up and maintenance.* Work independently with field sales on account/ vendor set up requirements, tracking transactions and sales support program.* Maintains customer and account data and other established procedures, records account (s) information into systems ie: Sales Force and customer files, documents customer interaction and actions taken, order placement, credit and replacement request, product returns and account changes for history management.* Handles US and Worldwide transactions by processing orders, the preparation of order documentation, confirmation and reporting if required.
