- Continuing product feature research and case investigation to maintain a product expert certification.
- Identify customization development opportunities for professional services for new and existing client base.
- Proactively reach out to existing customers by ensuring they are aware of existing features and upcoming company roadmap plans.
- Enhancement of workflow business processes to maximize order efficiency for existing clients.
