Responsible for National Account projects and quote review for the National Accounts team. Responsible to monitor both projects and quotes for accuracy and competitiveness, P&L results, customer relationships, KPI’s, and process oversight to the team.Understand and manage the quoting requirements for each account and ensure that the team is trained and qualified to deliver quality results to our customers and internal stakeholders.Troubleshoot client and project issues to determine the satisfactory outcome. Participate in governance and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) meetings when required.Interview hire and train new leaders. Ensure processes are in place to effectively hire and develop within all levels of the team. Manage the review process and engage in associate development.Ensure processes are in place and the culture exists for the team to effectively provide subject matter expertise within the designated field and interact with the Corporate support functions so that business is accomplished as smoothly and effectively as possible.
