CurrentRESPONSABILITIES:Off Shore /Onshore- QHSE, HSE, STA / RSS :A) PRIDE SOUTH SEAS DRILLING RIG: Sup HSE / Rig Safety & Training AdvisorReports:• Rig Manager Monthly Meeting.• Daily meeting with the head of departments.• Client / Service Company morning meeting.• Department Weekly Safety Meeting (one different each week).• Health and Safety Committee meeting, with the safety representative of the board.• Weekly safety inspections• Weekly medical inspections• General hygiene inspections• Monthly inspections• EHSS-Eastern Hemisphere Specifics Statistics• MSR - Monthly Safety Review• MST - Monthly Safety Topic• Permit to Work audit• PSS-Safety Statistics• Daily stop reporting and POB• Weekly - Monthly winner Stop card program.• WR - Weekly morning department report.• WSD - Weekly Safety Drill• WSM – Weekly safety Department meeting.• General Weekly Safety Meeting / Conduct Power point presentations.• Safety Alert presentations.• Conduct accident investigations• Training• Verifying training of personnel to bring their standards up in terms of legal• Obligations and safety training requirements.• Verifying the safety knowledge of personnel.• Supervising and analyzing periodic and regular safety drills.• Responsible to the induction of the new comers on board and perform a tour of the rig.• Performs a safety induction at each crew change - Safety video.• Conducts ongoing training program onboard and update the Training• Database / Matrix.ENVIRONMENTTraining personnel in regard to environment awareness and wasteSegregation.He ensures that environmental standards and regulations are adhered to.Education & Training:High grate in school / Ghana International Maritime Offshore College Certificate (Diploma)Management with more passion then I can describe.
