How do you like to be managed? Do you want to be told what to do? Or, do you prefer guidance and direction, but the ability to make your own decisions?How is your Sales team run? Are they honest and trustworthy? Do they work together with Marketing and Operations? Does your company make sure sales is spending their time selling, not filling out spreadsheets?Do you think about how your product/service helps your customers? Do you focus on what your customers’ value?The answers are out there. Some of them I may have; many I need help finding. It’s amazing how much information you can obtain by asking questions and listening to answers.Personally, I’m always trying to improve. I love reading books and listening to podcasts on sales, marketing, management, body language, etc.Outside of work, I love spending time with my family, doing never ending work around the house, and coaching my kids’ sports teams.I am truly grateful for everyone who helped make me the person I am today.Ultimately, I want to be remembered as someone who actually made a difference.
