This feature has created an industry benchmarked client-facing data visualizations solution that expanded our corporate portfolio of offerings. UPOINT RELEASE DOCUMENTATION:UPoint release documentation originally required heavy oversight from key leads to maintain quality, as the expectations and standards were not widely understood. I developed a process and set expectations; distributing ownership, as well as elevating team abilities to create higher quality documentation without heavy oversight. This process increased accountability and collaboration, decreased overhead of resources and communications. YSA INTEGRATION ON UPOINT:YSA approached UPoint requesting we accommodate their current business model within UPoint. I brokered conversations with UPoint and YSA businesses to agree on how to modify YSA's current practices. I identifed and developed a solution that allows YSA to operate within UPoint, without building throwaway solutions. It saved resources, while aligning objectives across business partners.CONTINUOUS DELIVERY:Conceived and developed a tool to manage UPoint configuration supporting any release cadence, leading development and delivery across multiple teams. This allowed us to meet our release cadence goal by 2017 and has significantly improved the quality of our features.
