Owning initiatives with business leaders to define priority, vision, scope and requirements to ensure key business value is delivered on time and with quality. KEY CONTRIBUTIONS:CLIENT DASHBOARD:Featured as one of our flagship features that is taking UPoint into the future. I have owned the full life-cycle of visioning, requirements, architectural review, feature integration, and initial deployment of the Client Dashboard since conception. This feature has created an industry benchmarked client-facing data visualizations solution that expanded our corporate portfolio of offerings. UPOINT RELEASE DOCUMENTATION:UPoint release documentation originally required heavy oversight from key leads to maintain quality, as the expectations and standards were not widely understood. I developed a process and set expectations; distributing ownership, as well as elevating team abilities to create higher quality documentation without heavy oversight. This process increased accountability and collaboration, decreased overhead of resources and communications. YSA INTEGRATION ON UPOINT:YSA approached UPoint requesting we accommodate their current business model within UPoint. I brokered conversations with UPoint and YSA businesses to agree on how to modify YSA's current practices. I identifed and developed a solution that allows YSA to operate within UPoint, without building throwaway solutions. It saved resources, while aligning objectives across business partners.CONTINUOUS DELIVERY:Conceived and developed a tool to manage UPoint configuration supporting any release cadence, leading development and delivery across multiple teams. This allowed us to meet our release cadence goal by 2017 and has significantly improved the quality of our features.

I work with my team to effectively and efficiently manage updates to my clients software so as to stay up to date with governmental rules and regulations as well as implement client requested software upgrades. This includes the entire software development life cycle through each of our many systems environments.Selected Accomplishments:•Led State of Georgia, a heavily customized client, through two successful YBR upgrades.•Led the Hardship Redesign project for State of Georgia, completing successfully after determining we were not going to make our deadline. Looping in additional resources on the team to ensure success.•Responsible for the ERWS Portal for State of Georgia as Primary SA.•Implemented DC YBR for the Apollo team. •Contributed to State of Florida’s post implementation cleanup of their Payment Flows.
