Job Duties• Establish the infrastructure of temporary project sites• Arrange for crew boat dock space and fuel• Set up and management of temporary offices, yards, and heavy lift facilities• Source and procure consumables and day to day operating supplies for dredge, crew boat, attendant plant, and shore side operations• Maintain records of requisitions, purchase orders and repair orders• Arrange transportation for crewmembers to and from the jobsite• Arrange lodging for site personnel and crew members as necessary• Establish local vendors for operating supplies• Prepare BOL’s for incoming and outgoing shipments• Prepare reports with regards to hiring/ termination of employees, weekly operations, employee illness/ injuries and equipment damage• Prepare and submit weekly payroll for all hourly employees on jobsite• Management of project Working Fund• Management of Purchasing CardAdvanced Duties:• Administer the Project Electronic Filing System• Process contract pay estimates and billings• Subcontract administration• Project scheduling• Preparation of the Weekly Report• Assist Project Manager with project submittals
