He helps clients with the necessary tasks of preparing, reviewing and negotiating contracts and leases. He helps clients with the difficulties associated with litigating commercial, estate, and collection matters. And, he thoughtfully helps clients with their estate planning and estate administration.Eric graduated Magna Cum Laude from SUNY Albany with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting. While there, he joined Delta Sigma Pi, International Business Fraternity. He graduated Cum Laude from Albany Law School.He is a licensed to practice law both in New York and in Florida. He has been associated with Tabner, Ryan & Keniry, LLP, since 1993, and has been a partner since 2009.Eric was born and raised on Long Island, New York. While attending college at SUNY Albany, he fell in love with the Capital District and has remained here ever since. He lives in Colonie, with his wife and son, and is a member of the Capital Region Chamber of Commerce and the Albany Sushi Meetup Group.He has been a member of the Board of Directors for the Troy Waterfront Farmers Market since 2017 and has been its Secretary since 2018.When not practicing law, Eric is an avid runner and martial artist. He is a second degree black belt in American Eagle Style.
