Founded in 2010, DataPoint is dedicated to providing expert consulting services to legal counsels, independent fiduciaries, investment plan administrators, and portfolio monitoring firms with vested interests within the class action arena. DataPoint is a wholly owned subsidiary of Gilardi & Co. LLC.• Lead project teams in providing expert analysis and consulting services in over 200 ERISA, securities and consumer class action settlements.• Provided data discovery and analysis services to the SEC in the first major mortgage-backed securities settlement, involving Charles Schwab.• Increased total client settlement claims recovery potential by over $350M through data scenario and damage calculation simulations.

Recruited to bridge the execution gap between technology and business. Responsibilities quickly evolved from supporting internal company processes to providing external consulting services in data and claims strategy analysis.• Participated in the administration and fund distribution of over 400 ERISA, securities and consumer class action settlements.• Provided expert analysis and consultation to plan fiduciaries in some of the largest securities settlements in history, including AOL Time Warner, Tyco, and Enron.• Earned an exceptional reputation as a trusted resource to independent fiduciaries and legal counsels seeking data and scenario analysis, resulting in a 100% client retention rate.• Developed what initially were support services offered by Gilardi into a highly profitable niche business model, leading to the creation of DataPoint Analysis Group, LLC in 2010.

Engaged in various contract-based projects in database, website, and application design and programming. Main project involved working with proprietary inventory and financial data to design an integrated consignment system to be accessible via VPN at various regional offices.• Analyzed and defined new application scope based on user workflow and data requirements.• Achieved seamless application integration and minimal requirement creep through regular joint application development sessions and utilizing evolutionary prototyping.• Executed migration of several hundred-thousand inventory and transaction records covering a 5-year business period.• Expanded application data-mining capabilities multi-fold, enabling customized business report generation.• Eliminated previous redundancies, enhancing data integrity and increasing productivity.

Established an Internet presence appropriate for the largest Asian language television broadcaster in the western United States. Based on needs and goals defined, created a fully database-driven Chinese/English bilingual website with dynamic content, streaming multimedia features, consumer research index, and secured administration functions.
