Founded in 2010, DataPoint is dedicated to providing expert consulting services to legal counsels, independent fiduciaries, investment plan administrators, and portfolio monitoring firms with vested interests within the class action arena. LLC.• Lead project teams in providing expert analysis and consulting services in over 200 ERISA, securities and consumer class action settlements.• Provided data discovery and analysis services to the SEC in the first major mortgage-backed securities settlement, involving Charles Schwab.• Increased total client settlement claims recovery potential by over $350M through data scenario and damage calculation simulations.

Recruited to bridge the execution gap between technology and business.
