Managed a group of 50 professionals through two years of incredible change at the Hertz North American shared service center. During the two years we completed a full accounting review and restatement, consolidated Dollar Thrifty accounting operations, and improved the control environment while reducing headcount by 20%. This was achieved by proactively managing the staff and making staff upgrades at key positions to allow for increased quality and processes with less staffing.

Responsible for forecasting, internal controls and profit improvement for the $1.6 billion Central Region. I had a team of 1 finance and 9 back office professionals that assist in driving superior financial performance and internal controls.
