• Led a group of 16 students from Gustavus Adolphus and Concordia College on a semester-long program in social justice, peace and development in India. The Faculty Director has primary responsibility for the academic components of the program, as well as for managing recruitment and selection of participants, budget, coordinating with host institutions, caring for student wellbeing, and evaluating the program.• Implemented changes to the program, including an expanded academic journal to help students process their learning, and opportunities for intercultural learning in partnership with Indian university students.
