My mission is to help companies succeed by delivering well-structured and flexible financing solutions to fund business acquisitions all over the United States. I work with lower to mid-market clients across most industries, and my minimum loan amount is $750,000. The SBA loan guaranty program is a tool that helps me deliver those solutions competitively. One of my biggest competitive advantages is that I can finance large SBA business acquisition transactions with a lot of goodwill or "air" in the collateral so long as we have a qualified buyer and decent cash flow. We can also do pari pasu loans and flexible structures. Our dedicated M&A team has a combined 82-years of experience in financing business acquisitions. I excel at structuring, as well as customer interaction and responsiveness. It's often a matter of making a square peg "fit", and that's where structuring and SBA program knowledge comes in to play. It's also important to be with a Bank that is very supportive of the SBA program and has preferred lender status, which First Bank of the Lake does. I can provide both 7A and 504 loan solutions, or some combination of the two depending on the situation. SBA 'Green' initiatives allow me to consider loans up to $15 million if we include real estate. The SBA program allows for special flexible terms for manufacturers. I also specialize in providing flexible term financing for manufacturers for the past 30-years. There is a lot of SBA lenders out there, but the three things that set me apart from the crowd is that 1) I specialize and excel in essentially one type of financing;2) Our Bank is very supportive of helping business grow, and 3 I truly love what I do for a living.
