As the Founder and Product Developer of Carbon Tool Industries, established in September 2022, I spearhead the creation of innovative tools and solutions for individuals with dexterity challenges. I manage all facets of product development, from initial concept to prototype testing and market launch. Additionally, I develop and print CAD injection molds to ensure accurate product designs, conduct focus group testing to gather feedback, and iteratively refine prototypes based on consumer input. Beyond product development, I create sales plans, secure investor funding, establish administrative processes, and design the company website. I also formalized the business as an LLC and developed a comprehensive business plan. To date, I have completed four product prototypes, each with 8-10 different iterations, all designed to enhance the lives of those facing dexterity challenges.
