Responsible for inventory management in a variety of clients ranging from clothing stores to farm equipment retailers. Responsible for leading crews of up to 15 employees. Position was heavily target based with speed, accuracy and efficiency all being monitored from job to job. I successfully reached the highest counting target and maintain a high standard of all three aforementioned targets. Implemented a new training program for new hires in order to increase the revenue of the office as well as helping train new supervisors in order to utilize the rotating crews more effectively.

Was responsible for running multiple stores during new manager's training periods as well as assisting in helping other stores complete tasks with short term notice.
