Eric Durden is Head of CBRE’s Assessment and Consulting Services (ACS) and Property Tax Advisory, two national businesses within CBRE’s Valuation and Advisory Practice. As the Executive Leader of these businesses, Eric is responsible for development and execution of the growth strategy to become the market leader in each of these service offerings. CBRE’s Assessment and Consulting Services provides a national due diligence platform, including Property Condition and Environmental Assessments, Surveys, Zoning Analysis and Seismic Studies.CBRE’s Property Tax Advisory Practice provides a national Tax Advisory platform providing a complete range of tax services for commercial real estate owners and occupiers. These services include Assessment & Appeal Services, Pre-Acquisition & Pre-Development Due Diligence, Property Tax Payment Services, Real Estate Transaction Tax Advisory and Business Personal Property Compliance & Consulting.Prior to this role, Eric served as the Head of the South Division for CBRE’s Valuation & Advisory Services leading a team of over 350 professionals who completed over 35,000 valuation and advisory assignments per year. across the 14 state region. Mr. Durden brings more than 20 years of real estate valuation and consulting experience, addressing a wide range of needs for many of CBRE’s most important clients.The University of Georgia alum is a native of Vidalia, GA and currently resides in Atlanta with his wife and two daughters.
