A Buffalo native who joined Allpro Parking, LLC in March of 2010 as Guest Service Ambassador. I was soon thereafter entered into a hybrid Manager Training program in recognition of my leadership, hard work, and dedication to customer service. The extensive cross-training I received allowed me to successfully manage multiple large scale operations, including high profile events and valets for the Buffalo Bills, Buffalo Sabres, Tough Mudders, and multiple political fundraisers. I was able to do all of this and not sacrifice any of my normal day-to-day functions. Prior to joining Allpro Parking, I worked for Global Ice Cap Rink Management where I served as Operations Manager at Power Play Rinks in Exton, PA and as Rink Manager at the Ice Box in Scranton, PA. I managed a staff of 20 as Operations Manager at Power Play Rinks and was also responsible for developing and implementing various programs aimed at growing the rink’s business during off-hours. The knowledge and experience I have garnered from all of these experiences made me the ideal candidate for our expanding Cincinnati operations.
