CEO Eric Dushime , started career as a land surveyor in NPD Cotraco LTD after graduating from Makelele University in 2014. With a burning desire to be self-employed, he partnered with his former colleagues and began working as a private engineer. After building a few homes, he saw the need to establish a civil construction firm that focused on home construction and design. This led to the birth of Highl Construction LLC in 2016.By the end of 2018, we had already accomplished our goal of constructing 30 different homes across the country and expanded our human resources to 150 employees by the end of 2019. Our board then made the decision to venture into the construction of apartments, offices, and commercial buildings. This move was aimed at taking our construction services to the next level and providing our clients with a wider range of options to choose from.At Highl Construction LLC, we are committed to becoming a multipurpose construction company that is capable of constructing all kinds of infrastructure, including sky-scrapers. Our goal is to revolutionize the real estate development industry in Africa by introducing innovative and modern construction techniques.
