As a creative type, I enjoy working with a diverse community of learners from industrial design and engineering to animation and interrelated media. My strengths are in areas of assessment, creative problem solving, public speaking & presentation, management, and staff training & development.I currently serve as the NASPA Region 1 liaison for the Assessment, Evaluation and Research Community.I have been proud to serve the professional organization NACADA as the Unconference Chair for NACADA Region 1 Conference, as well as a former RI State Liaison. I have recently been recognized by my peers and colleagues with the MassArt 2018 Innovative Thinker Award and the 2016 Stephen J. Bailey Award for Excellence in Advising for my contributions to the field, and I am looking forward to making more!

Oversee and develop cross-departmental team projects and develop strategic initiatives. Work closely with Associate Dean of Academic Resource Center and Provost of the college to plan and assess creative projects, and outreach initiatives in many areas across the college.
Academic Advisor
I work in an Academic Resource Center, in conjunction with ADA services and compliance, Academic Coaching, and Writing Specialists, by advising both new and current undergraduates students. In addition to this, I work closing with faculty department chairs from the disciplines of Animation, Flim/Video, Graphic Design, Illustration and Studio for Interrelated Media by assisting with the creation, implementation and interpretation. I assist students in planning their programs, maintaining academic transcripts, and reviewing graduation requirements. In addition, I oversee the training of the department (both professional and para-professional staff), I also work to identify and refer students that may be experiencing cognitive difficulties or experiencing trauma that impacts their academic progress.
