I have been directly involved in the golf course management business since 1995 and have directly overseen day to day operations of six Top 100 golf courses including Rio Secco, Cascata, Reflection Bay and SouthShore CC in Las Vegas as well as Grand Bear and Atlantic City CC. I was VP of Golf Operations for Harrah's / Caesars Entertainment and worked very closely with Butch Harmon and was involved in the design and construction of three golf schools for Mr. Harmon. My reputation is for turning around a golf courses financial performance as I have taken courses losing over $1M and had them at break even or better in 12-24 months, depending on the course.
