I have a vast amount of product management experience gathered across different products, segments, geographies and customers. Having worked at both mid-size and large multi-national corporations I have both breadth and depth when comes to product management and can easily perform just about every task required of a product manager from initial strategy to execution. The skills that I can bring to bear include product strategy, market analysis, go-to-market, pricing, partner management, competitive analysis, superior user experiences and an understanding of global markets. I have leveraged this ever-expanding toolbox across complete systems, as well as software and hardware products. However, my favorite place to be engaged is in new and developing markets that are still in their “wild west” mode that have lots of growth, development and challenging problems yet to be solved.Product management truly is a discipline in and of itself that includes strategic, technical and marketing components. It’s not so much about the technology or the product specifically but understanding the markets they serve and applying the correct strategies to help the product reach its full potential.
