As a circulation analyst, I manage the subscriber-base of our publication. Tasks include answering subscriber questions and problems via phone/email, verifying/cataloging subscriber information, processing new subscription requests, and sorting return mail.

As a matrix specialist, I maintained our publication's wholesale lender matrixes in both residential and commercial editions of Scotsman Guide magazine. These matrixes are essentially tables of wholesale mortgage lender data designed to assist mortgage brokers in finding the right lender for their clients. I was the primary point of contact for the wholesale lenders that paid to have their program information advertised in a given matrix. Tasks included instructing advertisers on how to use our data entry system through email/phone correspondence, verifying the legitimacy of potential advertisers and their data, proofreading the magazine during production, processing new advertiser contracts, and updating matrix information as needed.In addition to my duties regarding the matrix system, I was also in charge of moderating the community features of the Scotsman Guide website. This included removing malicious/inappropriate material from the forum and user blogs, setting up new user accounts, providing customer service regarding our online platform, and managing our site's Loan Post board. The Loan Post board is a service designed to connect mortgage brokers and lenders directly, and it required frequent supervision to ensure it was not being abused.

Activities primarily involve stocking product, performing quality control, assisting customers, and organizing inventory. Typically work is done individually, requiring self-guidance and the ability to prioritize tasks.
