My role at AB Jets requires the ability to wear many hats and fulfill a broad list of duties. Key responsibilities include creating quotes based on requests from brokers to create pricing that will be both profitable and competitively priced for the client, and dispatch, in which I alert crews of their upcoming trips and work with the captain to create a flight plan that will ensure the flight will be safe and efficient. I also arrange services at each airport of intended landing and create a plan that will result in the lowest overall operating cost for that flight.

Also under the umbrella of Bridge Capital Loan & Thrift, I continued to work with them by shifting to a new role, demonstrating adaptability and a commitment to the company. At Spark Printing I was responsible for finding new clients and creating sales. I developed an E-commerce plan, which included pushing products to different sales channels, such as eBay and Amazon. I also handled design work for printed pieces for my clients.

I was in charge of starting the E-commerce sector of the business and establishing the online presence of Auto Direct. Duties included: web design, account creation, warehouse location selection, creation of marketing and SEO strategy, and inventory management.

Main duty involved transporting of legal documents to the client’s place of residence. I then assisted the client in the signing of these documents and returned them to the attorney’s office.

Duties included: management of warehouse location, hiring, training, and management of employees, communication with customers, negotiation of shipping rates, management of logistical operations and management of inventory storage. Also responsible for the E-commerce side of the business, which included marketing, SEO, web design, and management of the site’s back-end.

Responsibilities included opening and closing duties, repairing of broken devices brought in by customers, and attending to customers in store. Quick understanding was needed to properly diagnose and select a repair customer devices.
