Supervisor Of Enrollment And Intake
Current Supervises the Enrollment Team which supports Individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities access Waiver services. Responsible for leading and managing a team of Case Managers to ensure the efficient and equitable access to services is provided to all clients. Provide supervision and oversight of staff including training, performance management, managing work schedules, standards of quality, and exemplifying excellent customer service. Represents Rocky Mountain Human Services on stakeholder committees and meetings to maximize collaboration with organizations by developing meaningful partnerships. Analytic and decisive decision maker with the ability to prioritize and communicate to staff.
