Managed multiple IT projects for Trinity Health within EPMO. As a Sr. PM I managed all aspects of project(s) (Waterfall, Agile), including: scoping, estimating, planning, timeline, resources / demand, milestones / gate, procurement / financials, load leveling, risk, issues, change control, communications (executive governance, steering / team / tactical, strategic). My projects adhered to EPMO standards. They included: complete enterprise wide resolution / eradication of the active and costly cyber ransom virus infection “WannaCry” from all enterprise platforms (servers, endpoints), Implementation of enterprise wide patch management solutions across all servers (Windows, Open Systems) and endpoints to tighten corporate security hygiene and minimize vulnerability, implementation of major infrastructure upgrades in preparation for new end-state software and conversions. I managed, controlled and executed all phases of my projects, including: initiation, planning, execution / control and closure. My work and skills as a PM was highly regarded during my tenure at Trinity, as my projects were not only ran efficiently, but, delivered on-time and on-budget.
