Managed multiple IT projects for Trinity Health within EPMO. As a Sr. PM I managed all aspects of project(s) (Waterfall, Agile), including: scoping, estimating, planning, timeline, resources / demand, milestones / gate, procurement / financials, load leveling, risk, issues, change control, communications (executive governance, steering / team / tactical, strategic). Managing multiple simultaneous IT infrastructure deployments (between 9 and 13 at any given time). I manage infrastructure implementations for the Production Office (PO) including all processes and phases.
