Eric W. Eberle has a wealth of knowledge and experience as a leader in the health care industry. Eric started a private duty home care business in 1994 with one employee and one office and grew it to over 500 caregivers, 15 support staff and 4 offices, serving over a 1000 clients. He developed the policies, procedures, and operations infrastructure, staff recruitment, and marketing plan for the organization and ran the daily operations until 2004 when he sold the company. Eric has served as the President of the National Private Duty Association -Northern California Chapter as Chair for the Home Care Aid Committee for the California Association of Health Services at Home (CAHSAH), and as a member of CAHSAH’s finance committee. He was faculty for the Home Care Certificate Program for Private Duty Home Care through CAHSAH and is a frequent speaker on legislative issues, including employee vs. independent contractors staffing models. He is active in promoting the needs for private duty and consumers with policy makers. He continues to consult with start ups in senior and health related fieldsEric is an expert consultant in: planning, development and implementation; employee relations; growth and expansion; legislation; marketing; and motivation for staff and management.
